At Qpay, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

Cancellation Policy

All rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set by the merchants offering products and services through Qpay.

Cancellations

  • Products purchased through Qpay can only be canceled if they meet the eligibility criteria for cancellation.
  • Only products that have not been shipped are eligible for cancellation.
  • You may cancel a product before the specified cancellation date, or at least 4 business days before the expected delivery date, whichever is earlier.
  • Cancellation requests will be processed and approved by the merchant according to their terms and conditions.
  • If a cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to you.

Returns and Refunds

  • Products purchased through Qpay can only be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria for returns.
  • Products received by the customer in a faulty or damaged condition are eligible for return.
  • All returns will be processed and approved by the merchant, and this process may take up to 2 business days.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition. Products that are damaged or used by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Once a product is returned and approved by the merchant, a full refund will be issued to the customer within 48 hours. The refunded amount may take up to 3 to 4 days to appear in your bank account statement.

Note: Qpay facilitates transactions between merchants and customers but is not responsible for setting or enforcing cancellation, return, or refund policies. Customers should refer to individual merchant policies for specific details regarding their transactions.
